City center Mall

Miran Group Presents with pleasure City Center Slimani in the framework of its ongoing projects that are being implemented to serve Slemani and to contribute strengthrning the economy of Kurdistan Region. City Center project has been initated on 19/4/2007 an area of 5614m2, under license No .(26) on Ministry of Municipatiies , after obtaining investment license No.(26) on 18/7/2005.

The idea of the project was originally the idea of Miran Group which has financed the project from its own budget .The improvement made to the project maps and import of most construction materials from outside Kurdistan Region and Iraq Caused a slowdown in the project work pace.

City Center consists of 20 floors , in cliding 4 underground floors and it is worth men tioning that all parts are connected of interational and 6 escalators.The project consists of two parts:

– Amodern shopping center , which is the first of its kind in Slemani in terms of construction on one hand , and the presence of international & global brands on the other hand .

– The other part is a 13 floor rresidenyial tower which includes 56 modern style apartments divided into 6 different types built by a sober foreign company that used very high quality construction materials. The finishing works of the interiors are made according to the personal taste of the buyer.
