We are from(AL-Sard Group Co.) in Sulaimania (north of Iraq), We are a big company which have a brunch in (Dubai,chinea , Iran and Turkey) ,we have some of big projects in Iraq generally and Sualaimnia especially ,some of them are very huge such as (Rand Gallery) which is a big commercial building ,includes 11 floors on 2800 meter square ,also we have (Sharazwr Terminal), (Dream Land Motel),(Alsard Fiber),(Konka) and(Tishknet Co.) some big residential apartments.

*This project consists of:-

1. Three parking floors with ((2800M2 )) for each in the basement .
2. Supermarket in fourth floor also in basement.
3. ((61)) stores with different area ((form 22 M2 TO 145 M2 )) in the ground and the first floor .

5. ((52)) commercial flats with different area ((45 M2 to 250 M2 )) office , companies ,Doctors , Lawyers …….in the last fourth floor .
